CEDAR FALLS — Mrs. Bertha May Phillips, 80, of 2007 College St., died Thursday at Sartori Memorial Hospital of a coronary attack.

Services will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Trinity United Methodist Church, the Rev. Ray Howland officiating. Burial will be in Washington Chapel Cemetery.

Mrs. Phillips was born Aug. 22, 1893, in Gilmore, W. Va., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Peters. On Sept. 30. 1911, she married the Rev. A. W. Phillips at Gilmore. He preceded her in death in June, 1960.

She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and various organizations in the church.

She is survived by one son, Raymond Phillips of Burlington, Vt.; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one stepson,. S. C. Phillips Of 2007 College St.; one step-daughter, Mrs. Forrest Thompson of 1825 Brookside Dr.; nine step grandchildren and 18 step-great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Dahl-VanHove-Schoof Funeral Home until 11:30 a.m. Monday and from 1 p.m. until service time at the church.
