CEDAR FALLS — Wanda E. Oliver, 81, of Phoenix, formerly of Cedar Falls, died at home Friday, March 22, 2013.

She was born March 20, 1932, in Janesville, daughter of John and Jennie Bruggman Neuenkirk. She married Albert F. Oliver on July 30, 1950, in Oak Creek, Colo. He died May 27, 1980.

Mrs. Oliver was employed in telemarketing sales.

Survived by a daughter, Judy (Fred) Carrillo of Yorba Linda, Calif.; two sons, Richard (Donna) Steffen of Des Moines and Don (Tammy) Oliver of Mesa, Ariz.; two stepsons, James Oliver of Massachusetts and William Oliver of Florida; seven grandchildren: Corey Steffen, Jennifer Lovejoy, Wendy Garewal, Jeremy Lovejoy, Emily York, Angie Legge and Andrea Oliver; 15 great-grandchildren: Chyann, Crystal, Michael, Victoria, Ashley, Ryan, Nicole, Samuel, Henry, Mason, Drew, Sydnee, Madden, Eden and Alan; a sister, Minerva Blum of Missouri; and numerous nieces, nephews and stepgrandchildren.

Preceded in death by three sisters: Laura Brinkman, Irene Pitman and Velma Bjornberg; three brothers: Wilbert, Ralph and Alfred Neuenkirk; a grandson, Robert Steffen; and a stepdaughter, Mary Tobin.

Services: 1 p.m. Saturday at Richardson Funeral Service, with burial in Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and for an hour before services Saturday at the funeral home.
