Funeral arrangements are pending at Eau Claire, Wisconsin for Mrs. Margaret McElroy, formerly of Waterloo, who died at her home there Tuesday night. She was 73 years old.

Mrs. McElroy is survived by one son, R. J. McElroy, 400 Belmont Ave., general manager of Black Hawk Broadcasting Co. (KWWL and KWWL-TV); two daughters, Mrs. George B. Hughes of Dayton, Ohio, and Mrs. Eileen Wisbrocker of Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
