Mrs. Mary E. Allison, 75, of 724 Williston Ave., died of a stroke at 4:02 p.m. Wednesday.

The daughter of Samuel and Lydia Smith, she was born Sept. 12, 1880, in Orange Township. She was married to Hubert J. Allison on Nov. 24, 1910, in Waterloo. She was a member of First Brethren Church.

Surviving are her husband, one son, Russell Allison of 1766 Enid St., Evansdale; three daughters: Miss Frances Allison, 242 W. 4th St., Mrs. Gordon Juhl, 1004 Clay St., Cedar Falls and Mrs. R. L. Christensen of Rt. 2, Cedar Falls; seven granddaughters and one brother, Arthur W. Smith of Rt. 1.

Her parents, four sisters and four brothers preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p. m. at First Brethren Church with the Rev. Albert Ronk officiating. Burial will be at Orange Township Cemetery. The body will be taken from the Locke Funeral Home to the church at noon Saturday.
