CEDAR FALLS — Geraldine G. Kunkle, 91, of the Cedar Falls Western Home, died Saturday, April 3, 1999, at Sartori Memorial Hospital of natural causes.

She was born March 30, 1908, in Oelwein, daughter of John C. and Anna Dolan Glynn. She married Bert S. Kunkle on Jan 11, 1926, in Oelwein. He died in 1978.

They farmed in rural Oelwein and Fairbank, moved to Waterloo in 1936 and to What Cheer in 1956. Mrs. Kunkle moved to Cedar Falls in 1978.

Survived by a daughter, Beverly A. Ridder of Waterloo; three sons: Robert G. of Cedar Falls, Harold L. of Pleasantville and Thomas S. of Fairfield; nine grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson.

Preceded in death by a brother, Gerald Glynn; and two half brothers Ronald and Ellsworth Glynn.

Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Timothys United Methodist Church with committal services at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Hazleton Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Chapel of Memories West Family Funeral Care, and for an hour before services Wednesday at the church.

Memorials may be directed tolhe Cedar Falls Western Home.
