Phyllis Fletcher was born November 21, 1920 at Rose Hill, Colorado the daughter of Charles & Rossie (Boyer) Billings. She died Monday, December 22, 2003 at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo, Iowa at the age of 83 years.

Survivors include three sons: Edward C. (Carol) Fletcher of Big Pine Key, Florida, Larry R. (Clare) Fletcher of Laguna Hills, California, Thomas A. (Carolyn) Fletcher of Maple Grove, Minnesota; one daughter, Linda (Daniel) Cobb of Odessa, Missouri; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and one brother, Ronald (Jodie) Billings of Shawnee Mission, Kansas.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial services were 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 26, 2003, at the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home Chapel. Inurnment will be in Topeka, Kansas at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home.
