MRS. ROSE BIGELOW

Requiem Mass for Mrs. Rose Bigelow, 89, of 607 W. 5th St.. will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Mrs. Bigelow died shortly before
10 a.m. Wednesday at her home of complications incident to advanced age. She had been ill for about a month.

She was born in La Salle County, Illinois, January 1, 1877, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Englemann. She moved to the Cedar Falls area when she was 10.

She was married to Lucius Corwin September 7, 1893, at Cedar Falls. her husband died in 1937.

In 1944, she was married to Leon Bigelow. He died in 1945.

She is survived by a son, Leonard Corwin, 534 Hilltop Rd., Waterloo; three daughters: Mrs. Malcolm Graham and Mrs. Leo Ford, both of Alton, Illinois; and Mrs. Fred Crane, 421 Iowa St.; a brother; Lawrence Englemann, Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin; four sisters: Mrs. Mary Brown, 2410 Neola St.; Mrs. Elizabeth Corwin, Janesville; Mrs. Minnie Corwin, Waverly, and Mrs. Barbara Lusthoff, 519 W. 4th St.; eight grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her besides her parents and her husbands was a son.

The Rosary Society of St. Patrick's Church will say the Rosary at the Dahl Funeral Home at 4 p.m. Thursday. The parish Rosary will be at the funeral home at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.

Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
