Funeral services are pending at O'Keefe and Towne Funeral Home for Ward A. Coffin, 69, former Waterloo resident, who died about 6 a. m. yesterday at Allen Memorial Hospital of ia cerebral hemorrhage.

He was born May 7, 1891, in Horton, la., the son of William and Beatrice Terry Coffin. He was an Army veteran of World War I. He has been an invalid for the past 25 years and a patient at veterans' hospitals throughout the country.

Survivng is a half sister, Mrs. Emil Jones, 1909 City View St.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister.

The family requests that flowers be ommitted.
