Funeral services for William L Lester, who died late yesterday at the family home near Waterloo, will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Graves Memorial United Brethren Church. Interment will be at Elmwood. Rev. Mr. Phillips, Winton, will officiate.

Mr. Lester moved to Waterloo 25 years ago from Monroe, Wisconsin. He was born in Staten Island, New York on November 16, 1851 and when three years old was taken by his mother to Rockford, Illinois, where the family have was established following the father's death. His marriage took place at Rockford.

Surviving are the widow and the following children: Mrs. Dan Germann, Mrs. Mark Culbertson, Mrs. Harry Tabor, Waterloo: Mrs. Wayne Triplet, Fredericksburg: Wilson and Marie at home. There are also 10 grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. J. A. Donaldson, Rockford, Illinois and a brother E. K. Lester, Grinnell, Iowa.
