Mrs. E. J. Isley, 58, 1109 West Nineteenth, died at 5:00 a.m. today at Iowa University Hospital in Iowa City. She had been a patient in the Iowa City Hospital since Monday, where she had been removed for surgical treatment.

Surviving besides the husband are three children; Miss Yula Isley of Naperville, Illinois, Mrs. Reuben Anderson of Cedar Falls, and Carleton Isley of Waterloo.

The body was brought to a local funeral parlor this afternoon. Funeral arrangements have not been completed.
