Mrs. John Easton passed away, Saturday, at her home after a long illness resulting from a broken hip.

Born Ida Thompson, September 10, 1868, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Thompson. Married to John Easton April 29, 1889, came to Shell Rock 35 years ago, member of the Methodist Church'

She leaves her husband, one daughter, Mrs. Harm Jungling; one granddaughter.

Preceded in death by two sons and three daughters.

Funeral Monday at 1 p.m. at Jebe Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Cedar Falls, Iowa.
