WATERLOO — Jean B. McGilligan, 66, of Waterloo, died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, at Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab Center.

She was born June 7, 1946, in Rochester, Minn,, daughter of Hiram and JoAnne Weiland Shouse.

She was employed as a teacher at Orange School for 35 years, retiring in 2007.

Survived by two sons, Adam (Jamie) and Sean (Diana), both of Waterloo; a step-daughter, Donna Griswold of Eden Prairie, Minn.; eight grandchildren; two brothers, Jim and John Shouse; and a sister, Betty (David) Etherington of Humboldt.

Memorial services: 11 a.m. Friday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway. Visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday and for an hour before services Friday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to the Cedar Bend Humane Society.
