Albert Nelson of Waterloo, an IIliinodis Central locomotive fireman, died in the cab as the train was pulling out of Manchester. Physicians reported death to have been instantaneous from apoplexy.

Estate of Albert Nelson, 811 Riehl street, who died suddenly in the cab of his engine at Manchester on Aug. 17 of heart disease, was bequeathed to his wife, Mrs. Vivian Nelson, in the will which was filed for probate yesterday.
