The remains of Wm. B. McMurray were brought to this city from Washburn at 3:40 this afternoon and the interment took place in Fairview Cemetary.
The deceased was about 72 years of age. He moved to Waterloo with his family about twenty-two years ago. They resided here until 1889, when they removed to Washburn.
A widow and eight children are left to mourn the loss of a husband and father.
The funeral services were held at the family home this afternoon at 2 o'clock, conducted by Rev, S. B. Koons of LaPorte City, after which the remains were brought to this city.
