Melissa Sue Kunkle, 29, of Cedar Falls, died Tuesday, July 29, 2008, at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo, from complications of seizures. She was born March 30, 1979 at Cedar Falls, Iowa, the daughter of Scott Alan and Sue Ellen (Juhl) Kunkle. Melissa was an organ donor, up to 250 people will benefit from her gift.

Melissa is survived by her parents, Scott and Sue Kunkle; one brother, Tyler (Kelsie) Kunkle; one sister, Ashley (Joshua) Kunkle–Ehn; one nephew, Jonathan Ehn, all of Cedar Falls; maternal grandparents, Burdette & Margaret Juhl of Citrus Springs, Florida and paternal grandparents, Bob & Marilyn Kunkle of Cedar Falls.

Memorial services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 2, 2008 at Orchard Hill Church Community Center with public visitation from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, August 1, 2008 at Church. Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
