Vincent E. Hoffman, 87, of Marion, formerly of Waterloo, died Sunday, Sept. 4, 1994, at Mercy Hospital in Cedar Rapids, of natural causes; services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. John's Catholic Church, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Waterloo; friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Oppold-Hagarty Funeral Home, 234-6274, with a 7 p.m. vigil service.

Memorials may be directed to St. John's Catholic Church.
