Mrs. Anna Finnegan, 82, of 1638 Hawthorne Ave., died at St. Francis hospital at 1:15 a.m Monday of a heart attack which she suffered several days ago.

She was born on Nov. 6, 1886 the daughter of John and Ellen Caffrey King at Waucoma. She was married to Michael Finnegan on April 28 in 1908 at St. Rose Church near Waucoma He preceded her in death Feb. 18, 1967.

They came to Waterloo in 1944. She was a member of St. John's Catholic church.

Surviving are three daughters: Mrs. Herman Balk of Waucoma, Mrs. Francis Jones of Albert Lea, Minn.; Mrs. E. R. Ashley of Peoria,Ill.; two sons, Russell of Miami, Fla.; Kenneth of 850 Easton Ave., 17 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren; one brother, Pat King, 1127 Oregon St.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, an infant son, one brother and one sister.

Funeral services are pending at the Oppold Funeral Home.
