ARCHIE R. EGGLESTON

Archie R. Eggleston, 86, of 1400 Huntington Rd., died at 7 p. m. Sunday at the Isolation Hospital. Death was due to complications.

He was born Jan. 18, 1870, in Independence, the son of LeRoy and Emily Eggleston.

He married Winnie Eggleston in Charles City. He was a member of Black Hawk Lodge 72, I.O.O.F.

Survivors are his wife, one daughter, Mrs. Iva Lawyer, California, one grandson and three sisters, Mrs, Hattie Hale and Mrs. Effie Blodgott, Minneapolis, Minn., and Mrs. Eunie Husband, Wadena, Minn.

Besides his parents; he was preceded in death by one son, two brothers and four sisters.

Services are tentatively set for 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at Locke Funeral Home. The Rev. H. E. Dierenfield, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
