Eleanor L. Davidson, 86, of Waterloo died Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at Allen Hospital.

She was born January 15, 1923, in Storm Lake, daughter of Roy and Elinor Davis Kaufman. She married Everett C. Davidson October 21, 1943 in Storm Lake. He died in November 1998.

Eleanor was employed with Target in the Des Moines and Sioux Falls area for 20 years retiring in 2000.

She is survived by two sons James (Sandy) of Burlington and Gordon (Deb) of Waterloo; a daughter Karen (Dale) Piercy of Sioux Rapids; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband amd a daughter Ellen Lange.

Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Hagarty Waychoff Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway with a 2:30 p.m. burial in Buena Vista Memorial Park Cemetery in Storm Lake. Public visitation will be from 5:00 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Visitation also one hour prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society.
