WATERLOO - William W. "Bill" DeWolf, 76, of Waterloo, died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012, at Covenant Medical Center from cancer.

He was born May 3, 1936, in Iowa City, son of Donald and Jeannette McDade DeWolf. He married Carol Palmer on Sept. 7, 1958, in Waterloo.

Mr. DeWolf was employed by Rath Packing Co. for 30 years. He then worked for Stanley Appliance and Carma Lou's House of Music.

Survived by his wife; two sons, Scott (Angie) of Waterloo and Rus of Tulsa, Okla.; a daughter, Diana DeWolf of Reinbeck; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Carol Albritton of Bowling Green, Ohio.

Services: 10 a.m. Monday at Immanuel Presbyterian Church, Waterloo, with burial in Reinbeck Cemetery, Reinbeck. Visitation from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball, and an hour before services Monday at the church.
