CEDAR FALLS — Marjorie E. Hoy, 95, of Cedar Falls, died Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012, at Sartori Memorial Hospital.

She was born June 10, 1917, in Denver, daughter of George and Elsie Moeller Gersema. She married Kenneth Hoy on April 26, 1947, in Cedar Falls. He died July 9, 1993.

Survived by two sons, Dennis of Waterloo and Darrell (Jean) of Washburn; a daughter, Jo Ann Hoy of Cedar Falls; three grandchildren, Travis Hoy of La Porte City, Leah (Charles) Hoffman of Des Moines and Tracey (Corey) Huinker of Gilbertville; four great-grandsons; and a sister, Helen Reardon of Beaumont, Texas.

Preceded in death by a son, Kenneth; a great-granddaughter, Bryn Huinker; and four brothers, George, Merlin, Delos and James Gersema.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, preceded by an hour of visitation, with burial in Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens.
