Zeke Matthias Reeves, son of Chris and Nicki Gast Reeves, died Monday at Covenant Medical Center.

Survived by his parents of Waterloo; his siblings, Sam, Emma, Caleb, Jonah, Elise, Jamin, Gabe, and Mercy all at home; paternal grandparents, Bernie and Elaine Reeves of Monroe, Iowa; maternal grandparents, Roger G. and Mary Gast of Waterloo; his maternal great grandmother, Merriem Gast of Steamboat Rock; his paternal aunt and uncle, Kelley (John) McGowan of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; his maternal uncle and aunt, Scott (Shelly) Gast of Cary, Ill..

Preceded in death by: his paternal great-grandparents, Ben and Irma Nelle VanWyk, Guy and Hazel Reeves; his maternal great-grandfather, Roger E. Gast and maternal great-grandmother, Jane Maas.

Services will be 10:30 Saturday, October 13, at Heartland Vineyard Church, Cedar Falls, with burial in Steamboat Rock Cemetery, Steamboat Rock, Iowa.

Public visitation will be from 4 until 7 p.m. Thursday, October 11 at the church and continue for one hour before services on Saturday.
