Marjorie E. Warren, 95, of New Aldaya Lifescapes in Cedar Falls, formerly of Evansdale, died at New Aldaya Lifescapes Friday, August 31, 2012 of natural causes.

She was born January 19, 1917 in Dewar, the daughter of Jess and Estella Powell Nation. She married Elmer M. Warren June 9, 1936 in Sac City. He preceded her in death in 1981.

Mrs. Warren was employed at Rath Packing Company for 35 years.

She survived by one special niece, Glenda Lentz of Waterloo, as well as many other nieces and nephews.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; three brothers, Virgil, Roscoe, and Vernon Nation; two sisters, Marvel Lentz and Mildred Hinson; one nephew, Dennis Nation; and one niece, Judy Peterman.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, September 6, 2012 at Garden View Chapel Funeral Home, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
