WATERLOO — Frank E. Roquet, 66, of Ingleside, Ill., formerly of Waterloo, died Friday, April 27, 2012.

He was born March 16, 1946, in Waterloo, son of Richard and Minnie Holtzman Roquet. He married Rose Marie Weiler in Illinois.

Mr. Roquet graduated from Waterloo East High School in 1964. He retired from the U.S. Navy.

Survived by his wife; a son, Jon Paul of Illinois; his mother of Waterloo; two brothers, Fred of Mount Auburn and Stephen (Cheryl) of Evansdale; four sisters, Fran (Dean) Smith of Canton, Kan., Beverly (Gerald) Frost and Barbara Roquet, both of Waterloo, and Debra (Larry) Joel of Ames; and a sister-in-law, Cathy Roquet of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by a son, Donald Richard; his father; and a brother, Louis.

Private family services were Saturday.
