Mary Michelle “Shelly” Zeien, 45, died Monday, June 23, 2008 at her home. She was born October 31, 1962 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, daughter of Edward and Rosalie Forrer Green. She married Allan J. Zeien on April 26, 1990.

She was a heavy equipment driver for Peterson Contractors Inc. for the past five years. She was a member of the Harley Owners Group (as a Hog member) and also was a member of A Brotherhood Aimed Toward Education (ABATE).

She is survived by her mother, Rosalie Green of Naples, FL; her husband, Allen of LaPorte City; a daughter, Paige Zeien at home; two brothers; Michael (Patti) Green of Winterset, IA and Richard Green of Clinton, IA; a sister, Kerry Schaeffer, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

She was preceded in death by her father Edward.

Services will be 11:00 am Tuesday, July 1 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Friends may call from 4-8pm Monday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street. Visitation also for one hour preceding services at the church on Tuesday.
