WATERLOO — Charlotte Louise Gage, 86, of Waterloo, died Saturday, April 14, at Madrid Nursing Home, Madrid.

She was born Dec. 9, 1925, in Des Moines, daughter of Beal Foster and Sarah Pearl Mann Ridgeway. She married Charles Walter Gage on Aug. 13, 1944, in Waterloo. He died July 17, 2000.

Mrs. Gage was a homemaker.

Survived by two sons, Charles (Joan) of Madrid and Larry (Adrienne) of Soldiers Grove, Wis; a daughter, Beverly (Jim) Penne of Waterloo; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by six brothers; and nine sisters.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday and for an hour before services Wednesday at the funeral home.
