ADOLF JOHN QUISTORFF

CEDAR FALLS - Services for Adolf John Quistorff, 79, of 2512 Walnut Street, will be at 9 a. m. Wednesday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Cedar Falls.

The Rev. Paul Grace, pastor of the church, will celebrate the mass. Burial will be at 2 p. m. Wednesday at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Wall Lake. Friends may call at Nottger Funeral Home after 6 p. m. Monday. A public rosary will be Tuesday at 7:30 p. m. at Nottiger Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation ends at 9 p. m.

Mr. Quistorff died of leukemia at 5 a. m. Sunday at his home. He was born April 8, 1893, in Wall Lake, the son of Ferdinand and Anna Hess Quistorff.

He married Margaret Freml on June 7, 1920, in Vail.

He farmed near Lake View most of his life. Mr. Quistorff was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and the Holy Name Society of the church.

Surviving are his wife, at home; one son, Byron of 1201 Grand Blvd., Cedar Falls; two daughters, Mrs. Marvel Bettin of Cedar Falls, and Mrs. Donald Ellis of Renwick; one brother, August Quistorff of Wall Lake; and one half-brother, John Clausen of Lake View; one sister, Mrs. William Webster of Lake View; 15 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and one son.
