CEDAR FALLS- Barbara L. Nock, 86, of Cedar Falls, died Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home, Waterloo.

She was born July 25, 1923, in Nevada, IA, the daughter of Webster and Inez (Rowley) Johnson. She married William H. Nock on January 23, 1944 in Norman, OK. He died September 14, 2000.

Survivors include her son, Richard Nock and daughter, Karen Colvin, both of Cedar Falls; one granddaughter; and three great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Johnson.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, with inurnment in Fairview Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls. Friends may call for one hour before the service Monday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice.
