Funeral services are tentatively set for 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Seventh Day Adventist Church for Mrs. Louis R. Elliott, 78, of 1800 Sycamore St., who died about 10:45 p.m. Friday of complications incident to advanced age.

The Rev. Norman Sharp, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery. The body will be taken to the church at 9 a.m. Monday from the Locke Funeral Home.

She was born Eliza Jane Hughbanks on January 12, 1879, the daughter of Thomas and Margaret Hughbanks. She was married to Louis R. Elliott on December 1, 1895, at Onawa.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Glenn, of Raymond Rd.; a daughter, Mrs. Grace Gordon, of 1800 Sycamore St.; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Elliott was preceded in death by a son and a daughter.
