WATERLOO, Iowa - Judith Elaine Metcalf, 58, of Waterloo, died Thursday, March 15, at Cedar Valley Hospice Home.

She was born Jan. 24, 1954, in Waukon, daughter of Emmett and Frances Johnson. On July 20, 1991, she married Dewane Metcalf at the Little Brown Church, Nashua.

Mrs. Metcalf graduated from Waukon High School. She worked as an administrative assistant at Professional Office Services for 33 years, retiring this past January.

Survived by her husband; three daughters, Tanya Petty and Andrea (Mike) Cafaro, both of Waterloo, and Keri Petty of Cedar Rapids; two sons, Adam of Winfield, Ill., and Scott of Waterloo; three grandchildren, Matthew, Skylar and Cameron; and a brother, Obert (Jane) Johnson of Decorah.

Preceded in death by grandparents, Ole and Gena Johnson and Gustav and Gunhild Johnson; and her parents.

Services: 11 a.m. Monday at Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories, an Overton Family Service, preceded by an hour of visitation. A luncheon at Westminster Presbyterian Church will follow services.

Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society or Cedar Valley Hospice.
