Francis Leroy Graham, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Graham, died February 27, 1904, at 3:20 after an illness of five weeks. Little Roy was five years and thirteen days old at the time of his death.

He was a bright little child. All through his sickness he was so patient and wanted those waiting on him to sing all the time, for that was something he did enjoy. The Lord loaned him five years then why do we shed so many tears at the time of death?

Roy's mother is very sick and has been for six weeks, not being able to be present at the funeral. It is a sad blow for mother and father, it being the only child, but the Lord doeth all things well.

Although he called him home last night it pains my heart to lay him down although in Christ he may be found.

Dearest Roy thou has left us,
And thy loss we deeply feel,
But 'tis God that has bereft us,
He can all our sorrows heal.
