Dorothy M. Dovali, 78, of Waterloo died Sunday, September 7, at Covenant Medical Center of a heart attack.

She was born September 20, 1929 in Fairbank, daughter of Thomas and Josephine Beehner Levendusky. She married Robert Henry Newton July 1, 1948 in Waterloo. He preceded her in death in 1961. She then married Antonio Dovali, Jr. September 15, 1969 in Waterloo. He also preceded her in death on December 14, 2002.

Survivors include one son, Thomas (Debbie) Newton of Janesville; two daughters, Donna Newton of Waterloo and Susan Barlow of Mesa, AZ; two brothers, Francis (Rosie) Levendusky of Waterloo and Richard (Betty) Levendusky of Eagle Center; one sister, Evelyn Primmer of Waterloo; three grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; one son, Jerry Newton; one brother, Dusty Levendusky; and one sister, Geraldine Martin.

Services will be 10:30 A.M. Friday at Garden View Chapel Funeral Home, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Public visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Thursday and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
