WATERLOO - Jeanette Ann Bunyard, 68, of Waterloo, died Wednesday, Jan. 11, at Allen Hospital of natural causes.

She was born Oct. 8, 1943, in Marshalltown, daughter of Lawrence and Florence La Rue Doughtery Bunyard.

She graduated from Waterloo West High School, and received dental assistant training from Dr. Moses, whom she was a dental assistant for for more than 30 years. Later she cleaned homes and was a senior companion. She was a member of Grace Reformed Church.

Survived by two nephews, Dennis (Sung) Swanson and James Swanson, both of Marshalltown; and a niece, Gina Swanson of Marshalltown.

Preceded in death by her parents and stepfather, Clarence McCuen; a sister, Doris Swanson; and a nephew.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Grace Reformed Church, Waterloo, with burial in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens, Marshalltown. Public visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Locke Funeral Home.
