WATERLOO - Otto D. Frank Jr., 78, of Waterloo, died Saturday, Jan. 7, at Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab Center.

He was born July 11, 1933, in Cresco, son of Otto D. and Irene McCarville Frank Sr. He married Marilyn Anderson Billick on Dec. 4, 1974, in Galena,Ill.

Mr. Frank was employed with John Deere as a machinist for 31 years, retiring in 1988. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

Survived by his wife; two sons, John (Linda) and Michael, both of Waterloo; three grandchildren, Joshua, Jessica and Matthew; three brothers, Allen (Helen) of Gilbertville and Gerald and Kenneth, both of Cresco; and five sisters, Darlene Sbiral of Waterloo, Alice Lundsford of Claremore, Okla., Lucille Valentine of Las Vegas, Gladys Bylander of North Little Rock, Ark., and Edith (Alan) Duncan of Lancaster, Calif.

Preceded in death by three brothers, Arthur, Merlin and Lester; and two sisters, Luane Frank and Delores Wendl.

Memorial Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, preceded by an hour of visitation, with inurnment in Elmwood Cemetery. Full military rites will be conducted by Waterloo AMVETS Post 19 and Evansdale AMVETS Post 31, with flag presentation by the Iowa Army Honor Guard.

Memorials may be directed to the family in lieu of flowers.
