Don Snow was born September 11, 1932, in Lake Park, Iowa, the son of Andrew and Minnie (Bunger) Snow. He died Tuesday, June 6, 2006, at Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo from complications of diabetes.

He served his Country in the United States Marine Corp during the Korean Conflict. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa (1957) and his Law degree from the University of Iowa (1960).

On January 28, 1956, he was united in marriage to Louanne Heyberger in Waterloo, IA. Don was a partner in the Mershon, Snow, and Knock Law Office. He was a member of the Iowa Bar Association and the Cedar Falls Jaycees.

Don is survived by his wife, Louanne of Cedar Falls; four children, Scott (Valerie) Snow of Muscatine, IA, Sherri Snow of Cedar Falls, Susan (Jimmy) Steffy of Cedar Falls, and Stuart (Jennifer) Snow of Tampa, FL; eight grandchildren, Leo Snow, Spencer Steffy, Stuart Steffy, Stratton Steffy, Sara Snow, Megan Snow, McKenzie Snow, and Nicholas Snow; brother, Vern (Eleanor) Snow of Humeston, IA; sisters, Wanda (Chris) Woodall of Royal, IA and Valee (Brad) Bradford of New Bern, NC; and sister in law, Nancy Snow of Lineville, MO.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Joel Snow
