WATERLOO - Janice Collins, 45, of Waterloo, died Sunday, Dec. 25, at Allen Hospital.

She was born July 19, 1966, in Waterloo, daughter of Allen Sr. and Hattie Mae Smith Collins.

Survived by six sisters, Dorothy Jean Collins of Oakland, Calif., Lucy (Elder Victor) Evans, Carrie Collins, Georgia Collins, Anna (Thomas, Sr.) Jefferson, and Janette Collins, her twin, all of Waterloo; a special niece, Adalene Collins; four brothers, the Rev. J. T. (Ruby) Collins and Allen Collins Jr., both of Waterloo, Andy (Samantha) Collins of Compton, Calif., and WarDale Collins of Minneapolis; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, James and Phillip Collins; and a sister, Bernice Collins.

Services: 1:30 p.m. Friday at Country View, where visitation begins at noon, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway is in charge of arrangements.
