WATERLOO - Virginia Mae McDuffee, 83, of Waterloo, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2011, at Covenant Medical Center, Waterloo. A memorial service will be held at Faith Assembly of God, 5112 Lafayette Road, Elk Run Heights 50707, Saturday, Dec. 31, at 1 p.m.

Virginia Mae McDuffee was born May 16, 1928, in Waterloo, to Ralph and Grace (Record) Smith.

She is survived by four children: Sherry Burgess of Stone Mountain, Ga., Patrick McDuffee of Waterloo, Bill McDuffee of Tampa, Fla., and Terry Dorn of Charlottesville, Va.; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and seven nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Bill, and son Michael.
