FUNERAL SERVICES HELD MONDAY
FOR WILMA WYATT, 81

Funeral services will Wilma M. Wyatt, 81, of 355 E. Eldora Rd., were held at 2 p.m. Monday, January 17, 2000, at the Community Church of Hudson, Rev. Joe Sellepack, pastor, conducted the service with Locke Funeral Home, Waterloo, in charge of arrangements. Burial was in the Hudson Cemetery.

Wilma died Friday, January 14, 2000, at Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab Center in Waterloo. Death was due to natural causes.

She was born November 13, 1918, in Toledo, Iowa, the daughter of S. Everett and Edna (Hieple) Rasmusen. Wilma grew up in Hudson, attended Hudson schools and graduated from Hudson High School in 1936. She attended Pitzie's Beauty School and for a time ran a beauty shop from her parents' home in Hudson. Later she worked for over 40 years at the Triangle Tap.

Wilma married Donald L. "Skin" Wyatt April 13, 1940 in Waterloo. He died February 22, 1985.

Wilma is survived by two sons, Doug (his wife Marjean) and their three children: Mark (and Jennifer) Wyatt, Shari Wyatt and Kate Wyatt and Kate's children, Katerina and Kirsten Wyatt. Wilma is also survived by her daughter Vickie and her three children: Jennie, Adam, and Kelli Etringer. She is also survived by her sister, Willadean Schlicht; and by two brothers Gale Rasmussen and Cecil Rasmussen.

Wilma was preceded in death by her parrents, her husband, and two grandsons, Tim and Kevin.

Memorials may be directed to Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab Auxiliary.
