WATERLOO - Lucille Hansen, 89, of Waterloo, died Monday, Nov. 14, at Ravenwood Nursing & Rehab Center.

She was born Sept. 11, 1922, in Bristow, daughter of Henry and Hattie Gruise Miller. She married Howard C. Hansen on Aug. 19, 1940, in Northwood. He died Jan. 8, 1980.

Survived by two sons, Larry (Paula) of Harpers Ferry and Dennis of Colorado; three daughters, Darlene (Andrew) Winters of Cedar Falls, Pat (Darwin) Stock of Waverly and Gloria (Dale) Bondy of Waterloo; 16 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Daniel Miller of Greene; and a sister, Kathleen Schempf of Lakewood, Colo.

Preceded in death by her parents; a grandchild, Marieshell Winters; a great-great-grandchild; four brothers, Vern, Harry, Bill and Leslie Miller; and three sisters, Bertha Rague, Dena Hansen and Alice Heinz.

Services: 1:30 p.m. Friday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, with burial in Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens, both in Cedar Falls. Visitation from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday and an hour before services Friday at the funeral home.
