MRS. ANNA LANG, 87, DIES; RITES TUESDAY

Cedar Falls – Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Lang, 87, who died Saturday at Western Old People’s Home, will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the home chapel, with Rev. J. Ivan LaFavre officiating. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery.

Born March 8, 1859 in Switzerland, she came to this country as a child and on October 2, 1889, was married to Henry Lang at Wilton, Iowa. Mr. Lang died in 1922.

Mrs. Lang came to Western Old People’s Home November 23, 1934. She had been bedfast for the past five months.
She has no immediate surviving relatives. There are seven step-children surviving.

Her husband William N Lang was born May 12, 1840 and died January 26, 1922. He is buried in Wildasen Cemetery; Wilton, Muscatine Co., Iowa along with his 1st wife.
