Funeral services for Kenneth J. Stultz, age 79, of Friendship Village, Waterloo, Iowa will be held on Wednesday, March 25 at 2 p.m. at Locke Funeral Home with burial in the Waterloo, Memorial Park Cemetery.

Kenneth J. Stultz, son of Garrett J. and Emma (Smith) Snively Stultz, was born January 22, 1919 in Freeport, Illinois. On August 11, 1940 he married Alice Conrow in Waterloo, Iowa. Kenneth Stultz was an insurance agent with Brown & Dieckman, Inc. for 31 years, retiring in 1983 as president. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and was a founder of Friendship Village, where he was past president of the board. He also was past president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Iowa, of the Waterloo Sertoma Club and of the Elmwood Cemetery Board.

Kenneth J. Stultz died on Sunday, March 22, 1998 at his home in Friendship Village of natural causes. He is survived by his wife, Alice; a daughter, Nancy Crammond of Cedar Falls, 2 sons, Randy Stultz of Waterloo, Iowa and Steve Stultz of Glendale, Arizona; 7 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Milton Stultz of Pensacola, Florida, and Garrett "Tim" Stultz of Cedar Falls, Iowa; a sister Kathryn Petersen of Honolulu, Hawaii, and a step-sister, June Bisbey of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
