WATERLOO - Nancy Lee Levendusky, 75, of Waterloo, died Friday, Sept. 16, at Covenant Medical Center after a long illness.

She was born Aug. 13, 1936, in Winthrop, daughter of Francis and Buelah Ellison Gallery. She married Lawrence Levendusky Nov. 5, 1955, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Waterloo.

Mrs. Levendusky was employed with Americana Nursing Home, Jensen's Dairy Queen and Clabby's Catering Service.

Survived by her husband; four daughters, Denise (David) Bishop of Jesup, Deane (Mike) Hay of Webster City, Colleen (Steve) Bley of Elkhorn, Wis., and Julie (Bob) Mether of La Porte City; three sons, Larry (Carolyn) of Evansdale, Scott (Lisa) of Waterloo and Tim (Diana) of Fairbank; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Dan and Gary Gallery, both of Sacramento, Calif.; and two sisters, Jean Crump of Tempe, Ariz., and Marilyn Mosher of Seal Beach, Calif.

Preceded in death by a sister, Norma (Willis) Eggers.

Memorial service: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street. Public visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, and also for an hour before services Tuesday at the funeral home.
