CEDAR FALLS - James F. "Jimmy" Burke, 45, of St. Paul, Minn., formerly of Cedar Falls, died in St. Paul on Sept. 2.

He was born June 4, 1966, son of Fred and Mary Burke.

Mr. Burke attended Cedar Falls schools and was an artist and writer.

Survived by his parents of Cedar Falls; a brother, Thomas of McGregor; and a sister, Sheila Burke of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by his grandparents.

Celebration of Life: will be held at a later date and will be a private family gathering.

A memorial fund has not been established.
