CEDAR FALLS - Robert M. "Bobby" Tabor, 29, of Cedar Falls, died Wednesday, July 27, in Cedar Falls.

He was born June 14, 1982, in Waterloo, son of Robert J. and Debbie S. Reasoner Tabor. He married Tara A. Gilson May 30, 2009, at UAW Local 838 Hall in Waterloo.

He graduated from Dunkerton High School in 2001. He was employed at Premier Casting Services in maintenance during the last year.

Survived by his wife; a son, Devon of Cedar Falls; a daughter, Cassandra of Cedar Falls; his father, Robert of Raymond; his mother, Debbie of Raymond; a twin brother, David of Raymond; a sister, Kristi (Rusty) Wyatt of Washburn; his paternal grandmother, Ida Mae Blanchard of Evansdale; his maternal grandmother, Charlotte Reasoner of Raymond; and his father-and mother-in-law, Rich and Shelly Gilson of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey; paternal grandfather, Bob Tabor Sr.; and maternal grandfather, Chester Reasoner.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Parrott and Wood Chapel of Memories, and Overton Family Service, with burial in Garden of Memories. Public visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, and also an hour before services Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

Bobby enjoyed cars and grilling, but most of all, he loved his family dearly, especially his children. Robert will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
