WATERLOO - Elsie M. Kloberdanz, 90, of Waterloo, died Friday, July 15, at Allen Hospital.

She was born Jan. 14, 1921, in Ladysmith, Wis., daughter of Florian and Anna Belzik Trnka. She married Jake Kloberdanz May 11, 1940, in Osage. He died Jan. 27, 1996.

Survived by a son, James (Mary) of Waterloo; four daughters, Gloria (John) Boggie of Waterloo, Judith (Loren) Fitzpatrick and Joyce (Walter) Lattimer, both of Cedar Falls, and Mary (Keith) Christensen of Defiance; 10 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.

Preceded in death by a granddaughter; and three sisters, Stella Pitra, Mary Burton and Hedie Groh.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Queen Of Peace Catholic Church, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Public visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, with a 4 p.m. Legion of Mary rosary and 7 p.m. vigil. Visitation will continue for an hour before services Tuesday at the church.
