WATERLOO - Agnes L. Cashen, 100, of Waterloo, died Thursday, May 12, at ManorCare Health Services.

She was born Sept. 10, 1910, in Culbertson, Neb., daughter of John and Elizabeth Cavanaugh Cashen.

She graduated from Lamont Consolidated High School in 1927. She worked for C. M. Berkley Hardware in the 1930s and continued working in contract hardware until the 1990s.

Preceded in death by four brothers, James, Raymond, Donald and Clifford Cashen.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. John Lutheran Church, Cedar Falls, with burial in Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery. Public visitation will be held for an hour before services Saturday at the church.

Memorials: in lieu of flowers, may be directed to St. John Lutheran Church or Cedar Falls Bible Conference. Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, Cedar Falls, is in charge of arrangements.

Agnes' joy was ballroom dancing to big band and country, on a smooth slick dance floor with her friend Cecil.
