WATERLOO - Linda K. Johnson, 63, of Waterloo, died Friday, April 8, at Cedar Falls Health Care Center.

She was born Aug. 19, 1947, in Waterloo, daughter of Arthur V. and Leona L. "Toni" Ahles Johnson.

She graduated from Columbus High School and received her CNA and CMA degrees. She worked at St. Francis Hospital, Black Hawk County Health Center and Country View for a total of 28 years, retiring from Country View in 2000.

Survived by her mother, Leona "Toni" Johnson of Waterloo; two brothers, William "Bill" (Joanne) of Montgomery, Ala., and Mark (Alyssa) of Waterloo; three nephews; three nieces; and 12 great-nephews and nieces.

Preceded in death by her father; and a sister, Judy Rice.

Services: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Public visitation from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, with a 4 p.m. Legion of Mary rosary and 7 p.m. vigil. Visitation will continue for an hour before services Tuesday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Catholic Schools or Queen of Peace Catholic Church.
