CEDAR FALLS - Gary Allen Malone, 47, of Cedar Falls, died Wednesday, Jan. 12, at his home.

He was born Aug. 20, 1963, in Davenport, son of Frank Thomas and Anna Mae Hope Malone.

He graduated from Pleasant Valley High School in 1982.

Survived by: a son, Adam (Kristin) of Marysville, Wash.; a daughter, Nicole Malone of Reinbeck; a brother, Frank Jr. of Fayette; and two sisters, Linda Franklin of Davenport and Angie (Dave) Novick of Cedar Falls.

Preceded in death by: his parents.

Services: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Floral Hills Funeral Home, with burial in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, both in rural Oelwein. Public visitation for an hour before services Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorial fund: has been established.
