CEDAR FALLS - Doug Turnage, 54, of Cedar Falls, died Monday, Dec. 13, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident on Interstate 80 near Cozad, Neb.

He was born May 2, 1956, in Blackwell, Okla., son of Nolen and Jacqueline Schroeger Turnage. He married Diana Davis on July 2, 1977, at First Lutheran Church, Waterloo.

Mr. Turnage was a graduate of Cedar Falls High School and was a professional owner/operator.

Survived by: his wife; a son, Jake of Waterloo; a brother, Nolen (Judi) of Anthem, Ariz.; and two sisters, Linda (Steven) Smith and Jackie (Kevin) Berggren, both of Cedar Falls.

Preceded in death by: his parents; and a son, Justin.

Services: 7 p.m. Friday at St. John Lutheran Church, Cedar Falls, with inurnment in Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date. Public visitation from 6:30 p.m. until services Friday at the church. The family requests friends dress casually for the service. Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Memorial fund: will be established, in lieu of flowers
