WATERLOO - Marlene E. Thompson, 73, of Waterloo, died Thursday, Nov. 25, at her daughter's home in Lincoln, Mo.

She was born July 5, 1937, in Clarksville, daughter of Ralph and Alida Jackson. She married Carroll D. Thompson April 20, 1957, in Waterloo.

Survived by: her husband; two daughters, Rhonda (Bill) Wise of Lincoln, Mo., and Ramona Thompson of Waterloo; a son, David Thompson of Waterloo; a grandson, Josh (Melanie) Wise of Paragould, Ark.; two sisters, Alice McCalley of Marion and Lorraine Jacobs of Clarksville; and two brothers, Paul Strauser of Shell Rock and Bill (Glorene) Strauser of Wolf Point, Mont.

Preceded in death by: two brothers, Clyde and Lawrence Strauser.

Services: 2 p.m. Monday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Public visitation from noon to 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
